Yes, subscription are required to bring their NRIC / Driver License card or passport upon every redemption for verification.

Subscription payment will be auto-recurring via credit/debit card. Unfortunately we do not accept cash or nets for the auto-recurring payment via our system.

Subscribers will be billed from the date they purchased the subscription.

Subscriptions are strictly not transferable and not refundable. If found sharing of subscription, subscribers will be banned immediately from the subscription.

Nails treatments are limited to 2 times a week and up to a maximum of 8 times a month for the safety of our customers.

Gel removal service will be charge if the Gel manicure or Gel pedicure is done in another salon prior to your 1st visit redemption of the Gelish Nails Buffet subscription.

Of course! However, the procedure will be the same as cancellation, which means you have to send an email here https://www.pinkparlour.asia/sg/contact-us/ and re-purchase the new subscription. Pink Parlour will waive off the $9.99 sign-up fee.

There will be no cancellation fee however if you wish to re sign up for the subscription, a registration fee of $9.99 will be applicable. If you last billed or purchased date is on 25th May 2017 , your subscription will be canceled on 25th June 2017. Feel free to enjoy your nails treatment within this period before 25th June 2017.

The subscription can be used across all Pink Parlour outlets in Singapore.

A monthly e-statement is sent to all our subscribers containing the subscription details. Please contact us if you do not receive your Pink Parlour e-statement.

The subscription can be used all year. However, subscribers will be limited to 2 treatments throughout the period of 14 days prior to Chinese New Year.

We do not offer nail art , gel extensions , acrylic extensions, gel extensions removal or acrylic extensions removal at Pink Parlour. However , if you choose to do graduation add on , you may do so at $20 top up per visits. If you add graduation for hand and feet , you will pay additional $40.

We may offer refund only if you do not get to enjoy a minimum of 2 nail treatments during the 1st month window. We do not offer refund for all the previous month payment made should you choose to request for a refund after 2 months or more period of the subscription. Refund will be granted on the latest 1 month charged only if you have not redeem any of the treatments within that window.
